Thats n97 or c6 homescreen. If you want the home screen like that on 5800, 5530, 5230, 5233, X6 you need flash your phone to installing c6cfw via JAF & PHOENIX. Each c6cfw is different for each type phone.
Try googling for it (ex. 5530 c6cfw).
