you have to keep certificate and key of your mobile in your PC , when ever you will want to install unsigned application simply sign it before installing with certificate and key of your mobile,

For all of you i will tell you how to install aplication and games whos certificate has expired,just put the date in your phone back one or two years.this will 100% work.Ofcorse if you downloaded signed app,or game whoes certificte has expired.
