jay you have to sign unsigned application before installing in your mobile, you can sign any app with the help of signing software and certificate key of your mobile if you don’t have certificate key then please check this page for more details > Symbian Certificate Key

yeah mines giving the same requested application access not granted problem. i guess it only works on hacked phones

what did u means huck phone? i i finish to signed it but i have same problem on my nokia 5230 always say acess not granted. doest install complet.
hck phone is that you have to open C:/sys/bin and C:/private so that you have to try some method and hck your phone so that the application will work.
Hack your phone with autocerthack to install.
