i installed it but the sounds of camera are still there

Hi,
Recently i have downloaded the silent cam software, but getting certification error while installing the application.

please sign before installing , it’s unsigned if you will try to install it defiantly you will get certificate error message .

sound is still there even after installing the software.

Downloaded. Signed. Installed & Turned off the warning tones too. However, the sound still prevails. Please help!
