    we are just trying to bring free stuff for Nokia S60v5 Mobiles , we are not providing Certificate keys,
    you have to sign it your self by hacking your phone , ( Hope You Will Try To Understand The Issue )

    Hey guys! I just did it like this , i perfectly installed the signer and opened settings and i have placed the given cert in sign cert and in the sign key the key(these two are in the free signer folder) and then in the key pass i hav placed my imei .thats it.and i hav tried it for two expired cert applications by selecting sign sis instead of self sign and it worked well 4 me. Does it works all the time 4 me.thnx to the provider in step by step format.

    i hope you are not extracting before installing every app saved in zip folder so you’ve just need to extract that , on Windows just right click on downloaded file and chose Extract all > Next > Next > Finish.
    for mobile you’ve need to use any zip extractor if you don’t have any then download Zip Utility

    Pliz help! I’v downloaded HelloOX & extracted it using zip utility & then signed it but was unable to install. Tried a couple of times but ‘requested application access not granted’ was displayed. Got any solution to fix it?

    go to clock setting & change the year to 2009 or else :-)

    First Of all u’ll need a Developers Certificate And Key……You can Get This For Free….its valid for 3 years…!!!….Follow the instructions!!!
    Instrucions :
    1. Go To http://cer.opda.cn/en/
    2. Register
    3. Login
    4. Select “My certificate”
    5. fill in with ur imei number ( to get ur imei number press ” *#06# ” on ur phone) .
    6. fill in all the necessary details in the form
    7. wait for a few hours and check back ( it takes below 12 hrs )
    8. login…u’ll receive the key and developers certificate ( its valid for 3 years)
    9. Now Download and install a program such as freesigner on ur phone and use it to sign the application

    I got the certificate and key from http://cer.opda.cn/en/ and then used them in my Nokia X6… It works for QuickOffice…

    sorry for not answering some questions, actually it’s not possible to answer each and every question, because of questions load…. anyhow
    several reasons can be behind this ”requested application acess not granted” error message,
    1- you may trying to install app signed with some other mobile certificate.
    2- you may trying to install app that is not signed properly ( so you can try any other signing software ).
    3- your phone model or your phone firmware is not compatible with app.
