yup.. instaled python but when i click on the xpress alarm icon it doesnt open anything… my phone is 5530.. can you help me? i think its realy usefull app.
never mind.. just got it to work, the thing is the python version you put there is an old one so it doesnt work, you have to get a new one (wich i had already done when i posted).
now the thing is that the python and the xpress alarm both have to be installed ON THE PHONES MEMORY (not the memory card) otherwise it wont work.
now just 2 bad things abbout this app. 1 you have to open it to make it work and leave it open, you cant close it or it wont work, how ever thats not a problem for me cuz i put it on the shrtcuts so i just click it and block it.
the other thing is that since i had to instal a java app for python, the apps i had installed for java dont work ( like 2 games i had), now for me this isnt a problem either cuz most aps come in .sys not java (i dont know if im explaining my self too well). but still i think this could be an issue for someone else.
other than thas THIS IS AN AWSOME APP, this is the first pphone i buy with my own money, and i love it i think its perfect for me. since i have already been in the situation of losing my phone to a rober i was concerned about that happening with this one and this app does make me feel a lil bit better. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! (ill try and look 4 the link where i got python to post it for everyone)
Guys download python 1.9.6 from net which is available, install it in your phone memory first. Then install xpress alarm which you will get from the above link. Once this is done the software will run and work as said. Though you’ll have to make some settings first. Trust me this will work. This my humble request to all those who love their mobile should go for xpress alarm and save their mobiles from bad guys. Good luck!!!

I installed scribble from d nokia software update which automatically installed python runtime as well. Then i installed xpress alarm. I installed it in d memory card. The application is working now. Thanx!
smeone please help!!i tried installing python to my phone in phone memory so dat i cud install de alarm but my fone says dat de file type is not supported…please help!!!
and yah my phone is nokia 5530 express music..it says dat de certificate is expired..help soon…

i hope you are not extracting before installing every app saved in zip folder so you’ve just need to extract that , on Windows just right click on downloaded file and chose Extract all > Next > Next > Finish.
